Need balloons in a hurry? We get it—sometimes celebrations sneak up on you! While we always recommend booking early to guarantee availability, we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests when our schedule allows.

Rush Order Fees:
To cover the extra time, materials, and schedule adjustments needed for urgent orders, a rush fee will be added to your total:

• Orders within 10 business days of your event date: 10% order total or $25 (whichever is greater)
• Orders within 48 hours of your event date: 20% order total or $50 (whichever is greater)
• Same-day orders: 25% order total or $50 (whichever is greater)

Please note: If your requested colors or specialty balloons are not currently in stock, additional rush fees may apply to cover expedited material shipping costs. We’re also always happy to find an in-stock alternative, if you have flexibility on your color choices!
